Yajaira Gomez is a passionate tril-lingual speaker and ministry leader devoted to sharing the Gospel and serving those in need. With Lifegiving Ministries, she bridges cultures and connects people to faith, both locally and across the globe. Yajaira Gomez also believes that active involvement in her local church is essential to living out her faith. As an associate pastor at Central Community Church (Niagara, Canada) Yajaira shines as a catalyst in facilitating connections between the congregation and newcomers to our great country. Through her welcoming spirit and dedication to building relationships, she not only gives those new to our community a voice, but provides them with a strong sense of belonging.

Rev. Dr. Yajaira Gomez is a well-educated and multilingual individual who uses her knowledge and faith to serve others through education, ministry, and faith healing:
- Languages: She is proficient in English, Spanish, and French, which allows her to connect with a wider audience and spread her message across cultures.
- Academic Background: She holds a Master of Divinity (McMaster, Hamilton) and Doctor of Ministry (Tyndale, Toronto).
- Spiritual Gifts: She has the Holy Spirit indwelling that sees the sick healed and oppressed set free.
How we started
In April 2006, Yajaira went on a seven-week internship to the Democratic Republic of Congo in Africa. Within a few days of arrival, she was deeply moved by the living conditions she witnessed in the villages. Yajaira, who had always felt a call to serve others, was then asked to bring the Gospel Message to a Business Couples Ministry in Bukavu. Upon hearing the Message of the Cross and experiencing the power of the Holy Spirit, Yajaira was referred to teach and preach over 50 times in 49 days to the surrounding communities. It was during this transformative experience that Yajaira felt compelled to take action. Inspired by the resilience of the people she met, she founded Lifegiving Ministries.
